Returns are reviewed case-by-case during live-beta testing because sourced automotive parts can have supplier, fitment, warranty, and compliance constraints.
SpecForge is currently operating as a limited private beta. Orders are manually reviewed before purchase. These operating terms remain subject to business and legal review before a full public launch.
Before purchase
SpecForge reviews product details, supplier terms, fitment confidence, and customer vehicle information before confirming an order request. This does not guarantee fitment, WOF/LVV compliance, legal compliance, stock, or delivery dates.
Return requests
If you need help with a return, contact SpecForge with your order details, photos, condition notes, and the reason for the request.
Special-order parts
Special-order, imported, used, or supplier-sourced items may be limited by supplier return rules. SpecForge will explain known limitations before purchase.
Faults or issues
Fault, damage, wrong-item, or fitment concerns are escalated for manual review before any refund, replacement, or supplier claim is promised.
